I have had the same issue for as long as I can remember. I too, have replaced the CHT recently, but on cold mornings, the car needs a few minutes to warm up. I know my intake barrel nuts were loose, but I have since re-torqued them for the time being and have new gaskets - for when time permits.

I am going to follow this as well. Troy, you did such a good job with your other issue, I bet you solve this in no time.
