Camping in the Desert
GF and I are planning a biking/camping trip through Southern Utah/Northern Arizona in May, and have been reading about all the nasty little critters in the desert. Some really freaky looking creatures out there!
Anyone have any tips on how to avoid getting bitten by some of the worst ones? Does DEET work on arachnids? Should I spray anything on my tent? Anyone here biked the Grand Canyon Connector? Pictures! =)
