RE: Charles list of nasty little critters... there are lodges and motor hotels within a few miles all state parks and trails, more expensive than camping I know but... uh... see Charles list of nasty little critters.
I love all of God's creatures but I don't want to sleep with them!
Besides I bet you girlfriend will really appreciate you getting a hotel room instead of having her sleep on the ground (nod nod wink wink)
