A random Saturday? Here’s my day. Go to the tack. Find car has evil over-steer. Adjust tire pressure. Adjust rear bar. Finally admit there's no life left in rear tires. Talk w/ track friend about how my trailer ramps suck. Friend offers to provide solution free-of–charge. Instruct a guy in a Z06. Student with single track day under his belt laps every car in DE session five times. Go through ‘The Kink’ 20mph faster than my 911 could ever go. Strongly suggest student not turn off stability control. (It saved our a$$ a dozen times so far.) Admit to myself that, like it or not, a '06 Z06 will outrun a new GT3. Take and/or arrange rides for gear-head in my dept, his father, and father's friend. Father leaves talking about building a track car. Drive wife's Jag home with A/C set on max. Eat dinner. Play with kids. Have a couple Martinis...
Life is good so far. After all, tomorrow is another track day.
