I really do not see anything wrong with your system. You do have a lot of stuff installed, but things check out. There is no reason to install Norton System Works or Norton Internet Securities. As you have found out, Norton is great at slowing your computer down. The only Norton Program I will still use is Norton Anti-virus, as a standalone install.

Looks like Winzip is sitting in your system tray. No need for this. It is only taking up RAM. Use the options under Winzip and disable it from running at startup. Looks like you are possible running Skype 2.6 Beta. Version 3 is out and works.
