Nothing major or bad, but there are a few programs running that really don't need to be:

PowerDVD can be removed from the system tray. Open PowerDVD , right click on the splash screen and choose configure. Make sure that the "Run PowerDVD automatically...." is unchecked.

RealPlayer can be removed from the tray as well. Apparently my RealPlayer is having problems, so I can't tell you exactly how to get it out of the tray,. I think if you right click on the little "R" icon, you will be able to select options.

Musicmatch Jukebox: see above.

QuickTime: right click on the "Q", select QuickTime Preferences, select the Advanced tab, uncheck "Install QuickTime icon...."

You can run Hijackthis again, look for the items below, check them off and remove them. Nothing important, some buttons on IE that don't need to be there and cleaning up some missing files.

You seem to be running XP Media Center.
