I'm betting that 98% of those who get the numerical gauge have a perfectly working "lame" gauge to begin with. Why can't we just get a new faceplate for this gauge, along with the correct sender? It could be made to accurately read the movement of the old gauge, without extra expense...
No offense to our host, who, believe me, would be getting the money saved back anyway in the form of more parts.
