aw you guys can cream your jeans over copper this and aluminum that, personally I'll whip the Le Creuset out of the cupboard everytime.
I hear Cramer on the responsiveness of copper, but I'll take the even distribution, holding power and clean-up of the Le Creusets. Of course, the comparison is a bit of apples vs. oranges wheras porcelain coated cast and soft metals each have their roles to play, but...
Le Creuset just feels right.
Latest acquisition for me is the panini set. Heat the top and bottom parts separately, directly over mid-high gas, sandwich a well dried halibut, ahi or even sockeye slab between them - heaven...
