My experience with highend cook ware went as far as going to a Sonoma Williams Culinary store and getting my brother a $100 gift certificate to go with his AllClad collection. I went over to check out the prices and found out the a roasting pan (about the size to fit a turkey) cost $450!!! I think my certificate bought him a spatula
