Shift Rod Oil Seal
I have a 1970 911 which appears to have a minor leak from the oil seal around the shift rod on the gearbox. Has anybody tried to change this with the trans in situ, or is this impossible, is it possible to drop the trans enough to be able to remove the Rear cover without completely removing the engine ?? Thanks for your help !
