Have you replaced the bushings? I'm not sure the coupler is adjustable, is it? I replaced the bushings in mine last year and I don't remember anything being adjustable. Could be wrong, of course.
I'm not too far from you, and I'd be more than happy to help, but I don't think I know any more than you do.
