Some companies do not want to deal with this bike. Like Farmers. They wanted $2,400 per year. Up slightly from my R1100S which was locked in at $145 per year. I ended up finding Dairyland Insurance and it ended up being approximately $373 per year. For $50/$100 and $250 comprehensive ded. and $500 Collision ded.
Never assume all rates will be similar among different companies. Renewal time is a good time to shop.
