Young friend of mine ust took his first tour of Europe. Was asking me about certain things involving leaving Amsterdam.
I told him, "if it's illegal here then it's illegal there, and if it's legal here it may be illegal there". Being an American Citizen is not a "get out of jail free card" Told him if he kept those three things in mind he would be fine.
