He won't look like that in a few years if he keeps drinking that way, that is if he is even alive.
He needs to get into some kind of program or treatment center. If he fails to acknowledge that he has a problem he will never rid himself of this problem and more than likely will die as a result of this abuse.
Most unfortunate but this is so much worse since it involves his children.
