Edit: You know that if your account was sold and your old online account was closed, the new bank probably has no ability to "unlock" your old online account. You have to set up a new online account with the new company. (And that is the way you probably want it to be for security reasons!)

I understand that and tried to fix the lockout and /or new setup on 5 occasions and gave up.
