Looks like a good price if it is clean and unmolested. Looks like a dealer that is selling it and doesn't know what he is talking about as he mentions a V6.. I am pretty sure this car was for sale last summer as well. If you are serious about it have it checked by a local garage that can work on porsches... not sure about Regina but I know a couple in Saskatoon..
