There are pullouts ever few miles, I would have just pulled out, let him get in front of me and tailgate the driver in front, and maintained a safe distance behind him.
Problem solved.
I don't have any interest in being a traffic enforcer or trying to teach "lessons" to anonymous drivers on the road that I know nothing about, and have no desire to have a meeting with.
