I went home at lunch and checked, and the ECU does trip the wire for the relay for approx 15 seconds.
I didn't have the relay plugged in, because I've disassembled some stuff, but the wire is doing its thing... So the ECU is telling the Relay to open for the designated time...
I only had about 5 mins so that's all I had a chance to look at during lunch...
