Please do not take this badly, but if after a year you have been unsuccessful and have tried all the above suggestions I would suggest finding a Professional. It is likely a very inexpensive fix but one that has escaped everyone.
Have you checked to see if both your rotors move with then engine? Checked the ignition? There are numerous "little" things that could be the end cause and not all are common.
