Hi,
Your catalyst is not operating as well as it should on cylinders 1 - 3.
This error can be caused by excessive amounts of stop and go driving.
I would suggest taking it out and letting her rip and see if the problem corrects itself. Otherwise, you will be looking at a catalyst in your future.
Does your custom exhaust allow for both oxygen sensors on both banks?
