These are not American citizens and are not on American soil. They are combatants, and are being treated as such.
What is your experience in military law and trials? Diaz is in the military and committed an offense, and I hope he spends a long time in Ft. Leavenworth making small stones out of big ones. Let me guess... you have never been in the military?
Just think what the dream would be like had Kerry, spineless as he is, had been in office when 9/11 happened? We would be paying the terrorists damages for their being killed in the planes...
