Some of these guns could be made to function normally again. The .45 auto's are easy to change the barrel out and if no other mods have been made its a 2 minute switch.
As far as pricing, if you kept a look at the Steve McQueen auction last year prices were WAY over the estimate. Depends on the article you are looking at and if a famous name is on it.
I am going to be out of the country during the auction but thinking about doing a absentee bid unless anyone we know is going over there. Would love to have some of the old blackpowder pieces.
