There is a place called Clydes in the Reston Towne Center mall area. It is decent - crab cakes, seafood etc. There is also a really good Italian place right across the courtyard from it, Paulo's I think? I will actually be in the area next week myself. I'll try to remember the other good places I have found.
If you can swing it, you should try to get into DC or Georgetown at least once. Lots of stuff to see, do and eat there.
