Not all 2in/2outs drone. I have a 77 911 w/2.7 and SSIs that I've tried with about 6 different mufflers so far. (these were all 2in/2out) My Traid was a work of art and sounded great, but droned so bad it made me deaf. My M&K was alos a work of art and did not drone, sounded great, but was too loud for me. However, it did drone on the next car (SC w/3.0 engine) that it was installed on. My Dansk was not too loud and did not drone, but I didn't like the sound as much as 2in/1out. I'm currently trying out a 2in/2out "pea-shooter" sport muffler . Sounds good, not too loud and no drone, but it still does not sound as good as the 2in/1out, to my ear.
