Wasn't my intention to judge you, but rather play devils advocate. If you get reporters/newspapers involved, the first thing they are going to do is look at your driving record. Who is going to fight your fight if they think you were due for your next ticket anyway? I'm just saying if you had gone 5 years since getting a ticket, it would make your case look better.
