Lift from the rear jack point and the front rises up, too. Jack the front. Same for the other side.

Then raise the rear from the engine and jack both rears.

Some say this is not good for the engine mounts as they are carrying the weight of the car, but many folks do this. Just don't leave the car sitting on the engine for long.
