My experience with Toyota dealerships is that they are no better than the domestic dealers.
Toyota makes a good product; I think the fact that people don't have to go back to the dealerships often (for recall items or warranty repair) helps their overall image. The less contact the customer has with the dealership, the better it is for the manufacturer's image.
