Bob - I did drywall - and stucco for the rest - paint a nice white glass paint and you can hose it down. I used epoxy based paint.
Just an FYI - Lowes just started carrying Whirlpool Gladiator - for about $100 less than I have found elsewhere....
Just got all the cabinets put together - now I just need to unbox all the crap in my garage...
