I'm still waiting for that link. You're an engineer. Perhaps you personally have studied the seizmic posture of the 520 bridge and the Viaduct and all the bridge piers that have been sleeved with steel. This, according to you, is an elaborate ruse. If so, then it makes sense that you know about the lying since somebody, SOMEBODY (plural) would have published the antidote to all these lies that are so obvious to you. Clearly, either there is data that shows you that.......or you're talking out your ass.
