It's interesting you say that because ........................................back in 2000 I was working in the IT side of things and dating a woman from UU-Net (which had just been bought out by MCI-World-Com)
They ( the company) had BIG parties and for that Xmas had rented out the entire DC train-station/complex. She drove us there in her BMW and we were dressed to the nines. As we strolled in there 7 ice scuptures overflowing with the bubbly, 4 different halls each with it's own style / genre of live music, black-tuxed waiters everywhere, etc, etc.
I stood there for a moment.................... and really honest-to-God felt like one of those Hip guys that are portrayed in the opening layout in Playboy !!
