I have yappy lap dogs that are teated like children next door to me. Every time I am in my yard playing with my kids they are at the fence yapping at us non stop until the owner brings them inside.
They dig under the fence to try to get into my yard all the time. Blah Blah Blah....
These dogs are her children no talking is going to fix anything. I am just hoping time is on my side.
I have been dealing with it for 10 years. How long can those dogs live? I think a couple have been replaced already.
