Do you want it done cheap or done right?
Cheap: pull your stock bypass valve out of the J-boot and plug the J-boot hole. You'll pull in some unfiltered air and you will run rich whenever the valve is venting air... so at idle and shifting.
Right: Convert to MAP based fueling, and buy a true BOV with adjustable preload. Install a better intake.
