If you like the smell of Horse sheee-it than Wellington is the place you should move to, also either place you move to will give you a chance to practice your Spanish/Cuban speech.
Both places have out of control growth, traffic and crime...
As a 18 year resident of So FL with 15 of that in law enforcment I will never live back down there again, plus getting hit by so many hurricanes I lost count , and the ever increasing cost of wind/flood and car insurance plus high property taxes....nope nada not.
Having said that , have you looked at South West MO.
