When the master cly goes bad, many times it leaks on the pedal cluster. If yours is the same as my 77, the bushings are plastic or rubber and they swell from the brake fluid. When they swell the pedals start to stick a few weeks or months later. Put the bronze bushing kit in. It is not a big job to do. I am sure there are many postings on pelican with the details.
