Spike strips thrown down. Driver (in a Dodge Ram 4x4 crew cab - i.e. white trash bling) handily drove around. As is, the A/T tires seem impervious to the spike strip
Pit maneuver ill advised - truck is larger than typical LAPD Crown Vic - The Ram's rear bumper aligns with the Crown Vic's windshield.
Ram made a complete stop. Cops came out, drew guns, driver drove off.
The pursuit is 2 hrs. long, started in Tujunga and is now in mid-city/Culver City.
