I tried some a few years back and loved it too. At the time I was into making my own beer at a local brew pub. Tried several mods to basic Oatmeal Stout and it came out OK...or better. Finally settled on a tad of coffee and I forget how much chocolate per 5 gal pot but it was yummy. Problem was that the stuff was not pasturized and was great when fresh but gradually lost flavor even in the reefer over a couple months. Pub went bust and I never got to make another batch.
