So long as its quiet you can see for a mile or so and in theory high speeds are pretty safe, just as long as the police don't catch you!

By derestricted, do normal lane rules not apply? I know on most UK roads the middle lane is for passing only, right lane for high speed traffic, and left lane for exiting/entering/slow traffic. That picture shows all the lanes in use.
