there's a whole "manta" culture in Germany
stereotype driver has a mullet, mustache, and his arm always out the window , called "der Manta fahrer"
spawned a bunch of joke like
"how can you tell if a Mantafahrer lives in which house of the street"
"by the blood on the left side of the garage door"
they even made a film, "Manta , der Film"
