Thumbs up

Wow! When I started this string, I thought there might be a few with hot rods or muscle in their past, but some lucky guys still doing it, and appreciating Porsches as well? A tip of the hat to all. To bad we can't arrange a real time cruise-in! I have two neighbors who are also car nuts. One a chevvy man, with a '56 Bel Air, and a '66 'Vette Coupe. THe other a ford man, with a boss 302 and a Shelby GT, 1970 I believe. What's sad is that I can talk detroit with them, but they don't have the first clue about P cars, aren't interested in learning, either. Oh well, to each his own. To all the guys with only P cars? If you know of a detroit iron cruise-in near you, make an effort to go. You'll have a great time, and the skill level displayed on some of the show machines will blow you away.
Believe me, these guys KNOW paint, not to mention mechanical skills...
