Let me elaborate: Some bozo broke the window on my Mini and stole my GPS. I wanted it fixed at the mini dealer, not glass o matic. When I called in the morning, they said I could have it fixed wherever I wanted, asked me to send the original receipt for the GPS, they almost immediately repaid the repair and original purchase price for the GPS.
