I'm mixed, once they told my mother in-law to rebuild (out of pocket) her fence that went down during a storm or they'd drop her. She had no other claims. On the otherside, SF handled me very well when my bicycle got snagged, I got the check the next day. PD did find the bike the day after and I returned the check but SF were great.
