My Audi was rear ended whith my father inlaw at the wheel. State Farm was awesome, went to a really good 1 stop shop where the shop was the adjuster as well, had the car back as good as new in no time.

6 months later, Wife turns too hard at gas station and hit bollard (conc filled metal pole to protect pumps from drivers like my wife) with the rear passanger door.

Take the Audi back to the same shop, suddenly they are no longer an approved shop w/ State Farm, I get in the middle of a pissing match between State Farm and the Shop, State Farms rep turns into a total A-hole and wants the absolute min done to fix car, shop argues car will not look right and I authorize it to be fixed correctly. I fight with State Farm to no satisfaction. I end up paying an additional $1200 out of pocket on top of the deductable.

6 months later, Wife hits a curb with the Audi (she has now been banned from driving it until she goes to a driving school of my choice) bends front fender, rips belly pad and damages front bumper. I take it to a State Farm approved shop and it is the crapiest repair I have ever seen, overspray on the entire car. Front fender on crooked, healdlights on crooked, one of the front headlight sprayers fell off while driving.

My homeowenrs insurance here in Florida ia with State Farm and discussed in another thread. They just doubled my already doubled homeowners insurance. I went from $1400 a year to $3300 to a new high of $6500 over a 2 year span.
