I've been happy with State Farm. Been with my agent since I bought a '69 Corvette when I was 21 and nobody else would touch me.
My only claim has been a fire at a rental property caused by a tennant. State farm paid in full, quickly, no problems. Two units were gutted, the adjoining two had smoke damage. State Farm paid the rent for all four apartments every month while they were being rebuilt.
