Allow me to differ. Two of the worst insurance experiences of my life were with State Farm. I will never, ever use them again. I won't go into details (they're long stories) but when I appealed to my agent and the company headquarters for help I got nowhere. Only after appealing to a local TV reporter and having the situation described on the air and in a magazine (Changing Times- not even sure if it still exists) did they grudgingly do what they should have done in the first place- which was actually cover one of the incidents and pay for OEM parts and the dimunition of value. Then, of course, they cancelled us- even though the accidents weren't our fault. I found better coverage for less anyway.
