Wayne, I have SF for home/autos and no claims history. In the last 10 years I've had two rate adjustments upwards due to fires in the pacific northwest and more recently adjustments for investment losses. For the first time in 40years of paying auto insurance I got a small check due to a rare downward adjustment. That surprised the heck out of me. There seems to be coverage adjustments each year too. For example, when the state legislature ups coverage limits for uninsured motorist; or if one of your vehicles has a higher risk factor, like my S2000 just recently. The 911 has never been a problem though.
