Cool. I work with a guy that upgraded from a D100 to a D80. He was considering the D200, but decided that the extra strength of the chassis and the extra buffer, what he said are the two biggest differences between the 80 and 200 wasn't worth the extra money for him.
The hand grip of the Nikons is very comfy and the ergonomics are pretty good, but I've always been a Canon guy.
