Yep, there were a bunch of all sorts of contraptions, some stock, some frankenstiens. There was even a one there cruising the fairgrounds with a very loud pipe organ built into the front with a single rear wheel. There were multiple trucksters, three wheeled golf carts, three wheeled maintainance carts, tracksters etc etc.

The scooter restoration I am doing now is a nice small relatively cheap project that my dad always wanted as a kid. I just kind of happened into them and probably will end up just finishing the one I am working on and leaving the other one that runs as is.
I do NEED to get back to my airplane project, but daughter's cars and a Porsche bug bit for the last two years and I have been neglecting the airplane stuff for a bit too long. I will get the airplane fever again no doubt, but these smaller scale projects can make for quick gratification type projects.
