It's only hair but as a targa owner, I feel your pain.
There is a lot of snake oil out there that promise the world. I would stick to the proven stuff like rogaine and finasteride (propecia). Even those can get expensive and have side effects. Hair transplants do a poor job (don't believe the pics-- it's mainly lighting and combing tricks) and all they actually can give you for your $20K is hair on an area as big as a credit card.
