If you search for this, there are many threads.
Once you get the glass out, there are three screws that hold the metal body to the rubber trim.
Getting the glass out depends on which version you have. Older ones have glass that is held in with press fit pins and can be pried out.
Later ones, have an internal locking ring that is accessible through a small hole in the bottom of the rubber trim. Here is a thread that might help.
