Usually tamper-resistsant drives like that are used in places where John Q. Public might fiddle with it, like in a public restroom stall. Vandalism-resistant would be a better description. Same as locking lug nuts.

It might be from an airplane but i doubt it.
Prolly some kids found it and threw it into your yard.
